Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your order.

Damaged / wrong / missing item: Report within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video or clear photos. We will send a free replacement or give a full refund.

Change of mind: Unused products in original packing can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Refunds: Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

Not returnable: seeds, soil, cocopeat and fertilizer packs once opened (for hygiene and quality reasons).
